The most important thing for us is for our realtor to be available to answer questions especially during odd hours (nature of real estate business IMHO) and Raj met this requirement perfectly.
He is one of the few knowledgeable realtors we came across especially on assignment sales as they are a lot more complicated. Another good aspect is that he is not your typical ‘available until think is dry’ realtors and remains available even to this day in case we have questions.
